This website is a unique initiative of All India Bank Employees Association (AIBEA) launched on 1st June 2024, to extend support in enabling Bank customers to get their Banking issues addressed.
The BANK CLINIC website was inaugurated in a colourful and well attended function. Banking Industry's present & former captains were there to launch the Website. While IBA CEO Mr Sunil Mehta inaugurated the website, Former IBA Chairman and MD NABFID, Shri Raj Kiran Rai & Shri M V Rao Chairman IBA & MD Central Bank of India were Special Guests also. They gave their views, opinions & suggestions to keep the initiative driven in the right direction to meet its objectives.
Their appreciation and well wishes enthused us to definitely take this initiative to reach out to customers and support them.
The Objective of BANK CLINICinitiative is well defined & nobly intended to keep the Bank Customers well aware of the products & services that are being offered by the Banks. Besides, the website also provides the details of Government Schemes and the nuances of digital services and thereby empowering and assisting the Banking Public to resolve their Banking related issues. BANK CLINIC in this process, will also serve as a medium of facilitation by providing the connecting links of various agencies overseeing & regulating the Banking services, so that the customers can reach out to them for resolutions to their issues.
The website is supported & managed by well experienced team of experts, former Bank employees, voluntarily connected to AIBEA. It will offer advice & suggestions to Bank customers in finding resolution to their queries & issues. This makes this website a unique & distinct one from the rest.
While, AIBEA is taking all necessary steps to keep the website updated in meeting the expectations of Banking Public, it also makes it clear that the website cannot be expected to offer direct resolutions to customers on raising their issues, since they in fact are actually lying with respective Banks on whom the issues are raised. The Website BANK CLINIC is different from the Bank wise online grievances redressal portals.It will definitely help Banking public on many fronts. We hope & expect that the BANK CLINIC website will enable the Banking Public to make use of this initiative to not only get their issues resolved but also to update & enhance their financial literacy in ever changing banking scenario due to technological innovations.
